You'll then attend a live demonstration that illustrates the meticulousness and ancestral know-how. Then, guided by her expertise, you'll move on to practical work by making several pieces of wagashi yourself, exploring textures, colors, and shapes. To complete this immersion, a matcha tasting will enhance your experience, before concluding this workshop with a friendly moment conducive to discussions on the art of wagashi and the harmony between tradition and modernity.
