Japanese confectionery culture is characterized by the stimulation of the five senses. Its traditional creations exude such elegance and refinement that, rather than sweets, they resemble miniature works of art.
Wagashi encompasses all those traditional cakes that accompanied tea ceremonies.
We invite our customers to discover the sweet side of Japan with these small, gluten-free and lactose-free bites that will delight both the taste buds and the eyes.
These pastries are available for tasting at the salon, for takeaway in our sales area and for delivery via our website.
WORKSHOP

In collaboration with artists, ThéRâPie will offer various workshops around Japanese culture: Wagashi, Tea, Calligraphy, Ikebana, etc.
These workshops, which will welcome groups of 6 to 10 people maximum, will be unique opportunities to discover and appreciate traditional Japanese arts in a friendly and warm atmosphere.
The desire to transmit this knowledge drives us, and we want to offer our participants not only technical learning, but also a moment of sharing, relaxation and connection with Japanese culture.
