Enjoy a sensory and creative experience at our Wagashi workshop, led by our chef Mariko-san from Japan. The workshop begins with a captivating introduction where Mariko-san shares the history and secrets of these exceptional Japanese sweets. You will then witness a live demonstration illustrating the meticulousness and ancestral know-how involved. Guided by her expertise, you will then put your skills into practice by creating several wagashi pieces yourself, exploring textures, colors, and shapes. To complete this immersive experience, a matcha tasting will enhance your enjoyment, before concluding the workshop with a convivial gathering conducive to discussing the art of wagashi and the harmony between tradition and modernity.
