Internal Regulations

In order to ensure a peaceful and friendly atmosphere for all our customers, we have established these internal regulations. By entering our tea room, you agree to respect the following rules:

Article 1. Respect for other customers

  • The tea room and wellness area are relaxation areas. Please keep the noise level moderate to preserve everyone's peace and quiet.

  • Cell phones should be set to silent or vibrate mode.

  • Inappropriate or disrespectful behavior towards other customers or staff will not be tolerated.

Article 2. Consumption

  • All consumption must be ordered and paid for on site.

  • It is forbidden to bring in food or drinks from outside, unless special permission has been granted (for example, in case of severe allergies).

  • Please advise of any allergies or dietary restrictions before ordering.

Article 3. Children and families

  • Children are welcome under the responsibility of parents or guardians.

  • Please ensure that children respect the peace and quiet of the premises and do not disturb other customers.

Article 4. Hygiene and cleanliness

  • Please respect the cleanliness of the premises and use the facilities provided (garbage cans, toilets) appropriately.

  • Animals are not allowed in the establishment, with the exception of service animals or prior agreement.

Article 5. Reservations and events

  • Reservations for groups or special events must be made in advance. Please notify us of any changes or cancellations as soon as possible.

  • Spaces reserved for private events must be vacated at the agreed time.

Article 6. Responsibilities

  • ThéRâPie declines all responsibility in the event of loss or theft of personal items.

  • Please handle the objects and equipment in the salon with care. In the event of intentional or accidental damage, repairs may be charged.

Article 7. Payment Policy

  • All payments must be made before leaving the premises.

Article 8. Right of admission

  • ThéRâPie reserves the right to refuse entry or to ask any person who does not respect these internal regulations to leave the premises.

Article 9. Complaints and suggestions
