Internal Regulations

To ensure a peaceful and friendly atmosphere for all our customers, we have established these house rules. By entering our tea room, you agree to abide by the following rules:

Article 1. Respect for other customers

  • The tea and wellness area is a place for relaxation. Please keep the noise level moderate to preserve everyone's peace and quiet.

  • Mobile phones should be set to silent or vibrate mode.

  • Inappropriate or disrespectful behavior towards other customers or staff will not be tolerated.

Article 2. Consumption

  • All food and drinks must be ordered and paid for on site.

  • Bringing food or drinks from outside is prohibited, except with special permission (for example, in the case of severe allergies).

  • Please let us know of any allergies or dietary restrictions before placing your order.

Article 3. Children and families

  • Children are welcome under the responsibility of their parents or guardians.

  • Please ensure that children respect the peace and quiet of the premises and do not disturb other customers.

Article 4. Hygiene and cleanliness

  • Please respect the cleanliness of the premises and use the facilities provided (bins, toilets) appropriately.

  • Animals are not allowed in the establishment, with the exception of assistance animals or prior agreement.

Article 5. Reservations and events

  • Reservations for groups or special events must be made in advance. Please inform us of any changes or cancellations as soon as possible.

  • Spaces reserved for private events must be vacated at the agreed time.

Article 6. Responsibilities

  • ThéRâPie declines all responsibility in case of loss or theft of personal belongings.

  • Please handle the salon's objects and equipment with care. In case of intentional or accidental damage, repairs may be charged.

Article 7. Payment Policy

  • All payments must be made before leaving the premises.

Article 8. Right of Admission

  • ThéRâPie reserves the right to refuse entry or ask to leave the premises any person not respecting these internal regulations.

Article 9. Complaints and suggestions
