
Internal Regulations
In order to ensure a peaceful and friendly atmosphere for all our customers, we have established these internal regulations. By entering our tea room, you agree to respect the following rules:
Article 1. Respect for other customers
The tea room and wellness area are relaxation areas. Please keep the noise level moderate to preserve everyone's peace and quiet.
Cell phones should be set to silent or vibrate mode.
Inappropriate or disrespectful behavior towards other customers or staff will not be tolerated.
Article 2. Consumption
All consumption must be ordered and paid for on site.
It is forbidden to bring in food or drinks from outside, unless special permission has been granted (for example, in case of severe allergies).
Please advise of any allergies or dietary restrictions before ordering.
Article 3. Children and families
Children are welcome under the responsibility of parents or guardians.
Please ensure that children respect the peace and quiet of the premises and do not disturb other customers.
Article 4. Hygiene and cleanliness
Please respect the cleanliness of the premises and use the facilities provided (garbage cans, toilets) appropriately.
Animals are not allowed in the establishment, with the exception of service animals or prior agreement.
Article 5. Reservations and events
Reservations for groups or special events must be made in advance. Please notify us of any changes or cancellations as soon as possible.
Spaces reserved for private events must be vacated at the agreed time.
Article 6. Responsibilities
ThéRâPie declines all responsibility in the event of loss or theft of personal items.
Please handle the objects and equipment in the salon with care. In the event of intentional or accidental damage, repairs may be charged.
Article 7. Payment Policy
All payments must be made before leaving the premises.
Article 8. Right of admission
ThéRâPie reserves the right to refuse entry or to ask any person who does not respect these internal regulations to leave the premises.
Article 9. Complaints and suggestions
