We created a Warm Eye Pillow by combining:
Totoganashi 's gentle watercolors , inspired by the animals and creatures of Japanese forests,
A “moku-ito” (wood thread) fabric woven from Japanese paper (washi) made from cedar and cypress wood sourced from sustainably managed (thinned) forests,
Each piece is carefully handcrafted by artisans.
Organic Japanese azuki beans , grown without pesticides, release a gentle and natural heat when steamed, which delicately soothes the eyes, shoulders or stomach.

Regarding the “moku-ito” (wood thread) fabric
This fabric is produced from cedar and cypress sourced from sustainably managed Japanese forests .
The branches from the thinning are transformed into washi, then into yarn, and finally woven into textiles.
This material retains the warmth and authenticity of wood , with a firm yet soft texture and natural cedar and cypress hues.
