It's a cordial syrup kit rich in flavors, where the fruitiness of citrus fruits and the spices of trees mingle.

The ingredients are derived from plants, branches and petals harvested in the Rokugatsu Yōka no Mori forest , as well as fruits and herbs grown without pesticides and with respect for the environment.
The fresh ingredients are dried by hand throughout the seasons, then combined with selected spices.

Sugar (Hokkaido sugar beet), mandarin, apple, kuromoji (Japanese tree), kumquat, strawberry, ginger, lemongrass, Ceylon cinnamon (nikkei), clove, organic cardamom, camellia flower.

To prepare with:

This kit (1 pot)

300 ml of water
Place all the ingredients from the jar except the citrus fruits in a saucepan with 300 ml of water. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes over low heat.

Once the sugar has melted and the flavors have been extracted, add the reserved citrus fruits and the kabosu juice (optional). Warm gently, then remove from heat.

Allow to cool completely, then return the cordial to the original jar for storage.

Notes

The dried fruit is edible; you can eat it with the syrup.

Keep refrigerated and consume within 2 weeks .

Dilute 3 to 4 times with water or sparkling water.

With the addition of kabosu juice or other citrus fruits, the syrup takes on a lovely pale pink hue and a refreshing taste.

Also ideal for enhancing sangria, mulled wine, fruit teas, jellies , etc.
